Clean Up Day

This event is open to all Hanover Township residents and will take place from 8 am to 12:00 pm or until the trucks are full (first come, first serve) at the Buckley School Big Gym Parking Lot.

Please remain in your vehicle while we unload your items. Ensure that metal, tires, electronics, batteries, and trash are separated for efficient processing.

For those interested in scrapping vehicles, please contact your local scrap yards for pricing—you may be pleasantly surprised at how much you can earn!

Bring your:

• Garbage
• Scrap metal
• Batteries (automotive, household, etc.)
• Electronics (TVs, phones, modems, wires, cameras, computers)
• Tires - Each household can dispose of 2 free car or pickup truck tires. Additional tires are $5 for car or pickup tires, $15 for semi-truck tires; please inquire onsite for pricing on other types of tires. (Prices subject to change.)

We CANNOT accept:

• Liquid chemicals
• Hazardous waste
• Concrete and roofing materials
• Gasoline/industrial waste
• Paint
• Propane cylinders
• Motor oil
• Yard clippings/brush

We will accept appliances for a FEE:

In compliance with disposal laws, there will be a $20 service fee for the inspection of any appliance containing FREON FLUOROCARBONS.

There is NO VILLAGE CURBSIDE PICKUP for this event.
