Hanover Township Clean Up Day

This is open to all Hanover Township Residents.  It will be held from 8am -12:00pm or until the trucks are full (first come, first serve) at the Buckley School Big Gym Parking Lot.

Please remain in your vehicle and we will unload.  

Please have metal, tires, electronics, batteries, and trash separated.

Please contact your local scrap yards for prices on scrapping vehicles - you may be pleasantly surprised at how much you can earn!  

Bring your:

• Garbage
• Scrap metal
• Batteries (automotive, household, etc.)
• Electronics (TVs, phones, modems, wires, cameras, computers, etc.)
• Tires - **Updated for 2024*** each household can dispose of 2 free car OR pickup truck tires.  Additional tires are $5 for car or pickup tires, $25 for semi-truck tires and $50 for tractor tires.  (Prices subject to change.)

We CANNOT accept:

Liquid chemicals, hazardous waste, concrete and roofing materials, gasoline/industrial waste, paint, propane cylinders, motor oil, or yard clippings/brush.

We will accept for a FEE:

In compliance with laws regarding disposal of appliances, there will be a service fee of $20 for inspection of any appliance containing FREON FLUROCARBONS.  Grandpa's Garage will be in chare of this service.

NO VILLAGE CURBSIDE PICKUP
