The township has enacted a public nuisance ordinance to address the blight concerns raised by our community members. This initiative is part of our ongoing community clean-up efforts. Please click below to see the full details and feel free to reach out to a board member if you have any questions.
With property fraud on the rise in America, it is imperative to consider options to safeguard your home. Fraud Notify is a free online subscription service that will notify you if a document is recorded in Wexford County under your name. Once you’ve created an account, you will add your name, LAST NAME FIRST NAME in the Add Alerts and Submit. (i.e. SMITH JOHN). If a document gets recorded, you will be notified via email with the document type, the date it was recorded, and the parties’ names. For additional support, you can call our office for more information regarding the document or for a copy. This is especially important as we work together to address issues like community clean-up and the enforcement of the public nuisance ordinance, which contribute to the overall health and safety of our township events.
